ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA </span></strong><br />
To be eligible to participate or to receive a Prize, entrants must meet the following eligibility requirements:<br />
<br />
* each couple submitting a completed application form must consist of a male and a female, each of whom is at least 21 years of age.<br />
* each individual must be a legal resident of Rhode Island or any of the following counties: Bristol County MA; Plymouth County, MA; Barnstable County, MA; Norfolk County, MA; New London County, CT; or Windham County, CT;<br />
* each of the individuals must be of good moral character, must have never been convicted of a crime of any nature (other than moving violations of a misdemeanor type that did not involve personal injury, drugs or alcohol), and must have nothing in their background that would be an embarrassment to Dream Wedding Group, as determined by Dream Wedding Group in its sole discretion;
* each applicant must be willing to undergo a background check, and willing to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal<br /> and background information.
* each applicant must be willing to have his/her wedding ceremony performed at venue chosen by Dream Wedding Group.<br />
* each applicant must not be an elected official and must not be currently running for any political office (local, state or federal); and<br />
* each applicant must be willing to sign an affidavit attesting to the truth of the facts in the application form.<br /><br />
Members of Dream Wedding Group its affiliate or subsidiaries, including but not limited to Eternity Productions, Couture Bridal Co., Chocolate Indulgence, The Music Shop, Cover to Cover, Scrumptions, Carl Anthony Tuxedo, Calma Salon and Spa, Escort Limosine, Valentino Photography, Florentine Flowers and Gifts, Pinelli-Marra, Fine Caterers, any contributing wedding partner organization(s), and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, children and siblings) and households (whether or not related) are not eligible.<br />
<strong><br />
ENTRY PHRASE<br />
</strong>There are two ways to submit your initial application: <br />
(a) ONLINE: Log on to www.Dreamweddinggroup.com, to complete an online entry form and submit a photo of the couple (an email address is required with the photo). Please limit photos to JPG files only, maximum size 1 MB per photo.
(b) MAIL-IN ENTRY: Print your names, addresses, telephone numbers (main and alternate), dates of birth, and e-mail address(es) on a label, and affix the label to your photograph. Photographs will not be returned. Also include on separate paper (hand-printed legibly or typed), answers to the following questions:<br />
* How long have you been together? When did you meet?<br />
* How did you meet?<br />
* When did you get engaged?<br />
* How did you get engaged?<br />
* Tell us why you should win a free wedding <br /><br />
Please limit your answers to 500 words or less per question but remember, creativity counts! Tell us a story, write us a poem, just plain entertain us! Send the photograph and your essay answers to the following address in a single package with sufficient postage: Dream Wedding Group Free Wedding Giveaway, 577 Tiogue Avenue, Coventry Rhode Island 02816.
Entries will be accepted beginning on May 18th, 2009. Regardless of the method of entry, by submitting your entry, the entrant warrants that both the bride-to-be and groom-to-be have agreed to enter this contest. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, postage-due, illegible, mutilated, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any reason are not received by the deadline stated above.
Limit 1 entry per couple. Multiple entries received from any couple or e-mail address thereafter will void all such additional entries. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All entries, including application forms and photos, become the property of Dream Wedding Group and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Photos and essays must be original, truthful, unpublished, created solely by the submitting entrants, must not have been submitted in any other competition, must not include any text, content, photos, film or other images that are not originally taken or created by you and must not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and rights of privacy and publicity. Do not submit portrait or copyrighted photographs. Photos may not be digitally altered or enhanced, except that images may be cropped and rotated as necessary. No watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to the images. By entering, you and everyone appearing in photo agree that the photo may be published on www.dreamweddinggroup.com and in promotions and advertisements for Dream Wedding Group. By submitting your photo, you give Sponsors a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, broadcast, rebroadcast and exploit such material in any media now or hereafter discovered. By submitting a photo, each entrant warrants that the photo is original, was taken by the entrant, does not violate any copyright laws, and does not plagiarize, libel, defame, disparage, slander or otherwise infringe on or violate the rights of any third parties. Each entrant further certifies that he or she has obtained all necessary and appropriate approvals or consents from all persons and entities participating in or otherwise involved with the creation and production of the photo. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors, their officers, directors, employees and affiliated organizations, and their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by the entrant of these Contest rules or the warranties and representations made in this paragraph.
By completing the application, entrants agree to receive e-mails and/or other materials regarding this Contest from Dream Wedding Group, its affiliate or subsidiaries, including but not limited to Dream Wedding Group.
Once the entry period for initial applications has ended, the Wedding Couple selection process will commence. <br />
<strong><br />
FINALIST COUPLE OBLIGATIONS </strong><br />
Those entrants selected as Finalist Couples must also be willing to undertake the following without additional compensation:<br />
* to be interviewed by telephone and or physical appearance;<br />
* to make themselves available to be interviewed by Dream Wedding Group at times, dates and locations selected by Dream Wedding Group, in Dream Wedding Group sole discretion;<br />
* to make themselves available to attend fittings and other wedding preparations and to engage in public appearances and in photo shoots, as needed by Dream Wedding Group ;<br /><br />
The Finalists will also be subject to background checks to verify and determine additional information about any of the individuals. If a Finalist Couple is disqualified, it reverts to the first runner up. If the first runner up is not eligible, it reverts to the second runner up and so on.

<strong><br />
ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS AND WEDDING COUPLE </strong><br />
Dream Wedding Group will announce contest end, on www.dreamweddinggroup.com website. The Finalists will not be announced in any particular order. If the Wedding Couple is disqualified or otherwise unable to fulfill its obligations as outlined in these official rules, the Wedding Couple will be disqualified and will forfeit the Grand Prize, in which event the first runner-up couple will be declared the Wedding Couple. The runner-up couple will be subject to all eligibility requirements in these rules.
All decisions of the judges are final and entrants agree to be bound by these decisions.<br /><br />
7. <strong>WEDDING COUPLE OBLIGATIONS</strong> In addition to the Finalist Couple obligations above, the Wedding Couple must be prepared to be legally married in a wedding organized by Dream Wedding Group and to accept choices made by Dream Wedding Group, as to significant elements of the wedding, such as: nature and length of ceremony, choice of wedding dress, groom�s attire, cake, music, wedding rings, wedding venue and scheduling, and other elements to be furnished by and in the sole discretion of Dream Wedding Group. The Wedding Couple is solely responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements for their marriage (such as license, blood tests, etc.) have been completed in a timely manner.
The Wedding Couple must be prepared to be married on a date chosen by Dream Wedding Group. The Wedding Couple may be interviewed in person by Dream Wedding Group and may be asked to participate in the filming of videotaped interviews.<br /><br />
